Concept Design

The Tower Family Entertainment Center (FEC) tower is a development focused on family. It will offer a wide variety of entertainment venues, restaurants, lounges, hotels, and events. It is a place to hang out with family and friends and will be a central attraction for the Porto Belo Area. Tower FEC will also offer a complete snow play indoor winter theme park experience with a themed restaurant and themed FEC aligned with the overall project concept. These spaces will be interconnected and offer guests a full day of experiences unique to the tower. Interaction, rides, play area are part of a much larger development. SnowTower will be seen from miles away. The tower offers a 20 minute viewing ride in conditioned gondolas (up to 310m), an observation deck at 330, and a rotating restaurant and bar, the first of its’ kind in the world, a rotating hotel.

The SnowTower project will generate the tallest inhabited building in South America, reaching 330m above sea level with the highest inhabited floor at 330m. Currently, the tallest building in South America is the Gran Torre Santiago in Santiago, Chile standing at 300m, with its top floor at 261m. SnowTower will have passed Gran Torre Santiago in height clearing 70m above the highest inhabited floor in South America.

SnowTower will have the highest hotel rooms in South America at 320m high. The rotating hotel room will be unique to the world and the 3rd tallest hotel in the world. SnowTower will be the first and only steam punk theme park in the world, creating it’s own reality and relativity through the creative use of the genre.
