Brazil Observation Wheel

Description

Observation Wheel

Scope of Work

Concept Design

Created in partnership with Uni-Systems Inc., this proposal for a observation wheel was designed to be less expensive and easier to build than it’s central hub predecessors. The unique interactive features with the contemporary design make this into a viable option for observation platforms around the world.

Observation wheels typically have a central hub but with our exclusive design there is no longer a need for the hub and the wheel can take on any shape that the client sees fit. Our design allows for the form of the traditional wheel as well as the oblong wheel design. As the wheel can take up less space than traditional wheels, it works well as part of a group with other functions to create a destination for visitors, residents, and businesses.

Occupying a smaller footprint, the oblong wheel offers visitors the same vantage points as a traditional wheel with a few important distinctions: longer loading and unloading areas, more reliable traction systems, better cost, more efficient design, and an internal emergency system.
