Design/Build in partnership with Corinthians Soccer Club

RM Plus was tasked with designing a solution to parking several hundred cars on a site that was connected to a multipurpose arena. Due to the proximity of the river, the vertical solution offered the best final solution. The drive-up vertical parking system counts on 4 robotic lift platforms per building, servicing all the parking lot levels. The system was designed with speed and efficiency in mind. Due to the sporting venues attached we would have many guests arriving and leaving at the same time. The fully automated system parks your car and retrieves it once you are in the appropriate area.
