Rio has many beautiful views, therefore the owners at Shopping Village wanted an area on the roof that would allow people to be outside. A small restaurant was designed and we proposed a fully retractable roof system to cover the area. The roof came complete with rain and wind sensors that automatically react to weather conditions.
