Design/Build

The SPJC is a unique location in the heart of the city of São Paulo. Located along the Marginal Pinheiros, it offers great views of the city. Because of the location, the city of São Paulo asked us to propose a new use for the areas around the jockey club that are underused or not used at all. The corner end of curve 1 will be used to house an exhibition/convention hall, restaurant, and observation tower.
