This retractable system was designed to accommodate a restaurant and bar areas inside a beach front hotel in Miami. The roof system is fully retractable, noncombustible, and has been engineered to meet the strictest wind code requirements in the state of Florida. This allows the hotel to transform a terrace area into a conditioned space with the push of a button.
