Concept Design

Located in the heart of the Winter Garden Downtown Historic District, these high-end townhomes were designed with location and amenities in mind. They include: 3,000SF of interior space, 2 car garages, 4 levels with an amenity deck complete with its own spa. The design uses classic elements and materials from the surrounding area, to create a unique design. Brick facade with large windows help unite this project to Winter Garden.
