Description

Conceptual design for a boutique hotel

This concept design was for a 100 room boutique hotel in the Winter Garden Downtown History District. Materials and finishes were selected specifically to match the surrounding buildings. The architectural style makes use of forms common to the surrounding structures in an updated manner. With a classic colonnade along the main street, the hotel is inviting to all visitors. An independent parking structure is hidden inside the design as are restaurants and a large pool terrace located above Main Street, affording a unique view of the street and the pedestrian activity.
