BIM Modeling & Coordination

RM+ won the international design competition sponsored by the Panamanian Tourism Agency to create a unique convention center project at the Amador site. The project is currently under construction by HPC Contratas P&V a local Construction Contractor. The project features a campus style layout with independent functions at each building. Complete with a banquette, exhibition and grand theater this US$193M project incorporates all the latest technologies.

Through RM+ extensive use of BIM technologies, we have been able to share information with the full chain of suppliers to this project in different parts of the world. The project is completely housed in REVIT where all suppliers can contribute and view the most recent project updates.
