Scope of Work

Concept Design

Botti Rubin Architects asked us for a kinetic solution for the main lobby at this US$200mi development in São Paulo. The idea is to extract the maximum leasable area from the overall project and creating an “indoor/outdoor” lobby was ideal. The full glass structure is retractable and allows the space to be conditioned as the rest of the building but whenever necessary this space can be opened up to the elements.
