As Director of Design at RM Plus, Ross Jermano meets new design and planning challenges with enthusiasm and passion. Ross’s design techniques and creativity give him a great ability to capture an idea, concept, or story and develop it into a successful project. With over 20 years’ experience, Ross generates ideas that define an identity and sense of place for each master planning, architecture, and interior design project. Ross Jermano has extensive experience in Master Planning, Public Assembly, Entertainment, Mixed Use, Commercial Office, Retail, Restaurant, Residential and Hospitality design.
