cruise ship terminal

Scope of Work

Concept Design

This concept plan creates a destination for cruise ship guests. This “village” integrates the necessary functions of a cruise ship terminal with shopping, dining, and transportation options, all within a fifteen minute walking radius. the project areas are divided into two separate functions - Operations and Customs areas and the Main Village area. Passengers arriving from the cruise ships will disembark through the Customs and Control building and continue through duty-free shopping to the ground transportation hub. The Main Village will offer a collection of retail stores, bars, restaurants, and other entertainment options. The marina will support water-based transportation and recreation. That plan is designed to become the central destination for all visitors and create a new language for cruise ship terminals throughout the region.
